I have always been interested in all forms of body work (mental, emotional and physical) injury prevention, maintenance, mobility and strengthening exercises to have the best possible body and mind for performance. In my teenage years I established myself as a top national runner representing Canada at the World X-Country Championships and the Junior Track & Field Pan American Games. Over the past few years I have been involved in a variety of sports, activities and natural movement endeavours.
